We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional notifications, and ensure security and compliance.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service (hosting, email, analytics) under strict contractual safeguards.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls and audit logs are enforced for every tenant.
5. Data retention
We retain account data while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
You may access, export or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@ontym.app.
7. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they take effect.
