1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using OnTym, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use OnTym to violate laws, infringe on rights, or send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your data.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by law.
